Extra Charges
All colours are base prices and extra charges will be calculated based on how much additional product is used compared to the normal average. Any extra charges will be calculated at the end of the service using our Vish System. Allowing us to charge fairly and help us reduce over mixing colour resulting in making the salon a greener space.
for example:
A Tint Regrowth is calculated on returning within 6 weeks of previous color service (an inch of coverage on the roots) so for example if you come back after more than 6 weeks you may need additional product and youll only be charged for that.

Terms and Conditions: Charles Whiston Blow Dry Membership (United Kingdom)

Introduction: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Blow Dry Membership ("Membership") offered by Charles Whiston Hairdressing Ltd ("we", "us", "our") in the United Kingdom. By enrolling in the Membership, you ("Member", "you", "your") agree to abide by these Terms.
Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required at the time of enrolment.

Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to a set number of blow dry services per calendar month at participating salon locations. Additional benefits, such as exclusive offers and discounts, may be provided at our discretion.
​
Membership Fees and Payment: Membership fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit or credit card. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership.
​
Booking and Cancellation Policy: Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month's service.

Membership Term and RenewalMembership is ongoing and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the Member or Salon in accordance with these Terms.
​
Cancellation and Termination: Members may cancel their Membership at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate Membership for breach of these Terms or misuse of Membership benefits.
​
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes in advance. Continued use of Membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
​
Liability: We take reasonable care in providing services, but accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from Membership. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
​
Data Protection: We comply with all applicable UK data protection laws. Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on request or via our website.
​
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
